& Conditions

1. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt

unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1.   Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be charged based on the delivery/shipping address and California tax requirements.
  2.   Shipping & Delivery: Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
  3.   No Returns / Final Sale: All sales are final. No

refunds or returns on special-order items, shipped items, or used items unless defective upon arrival. If a return is approved, customer must contact us by Email for authorization prior to sending any items back.

  1.   Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Any damaged or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To initiate a claim, the customer is required to provide complete documentation, including:

Clear photos of the unopened package

Clear photos of the shipping label

Clear photos of the entire item (front and back)

Clear photos of the damaged area(s)

All requested documentation must be submitted in full within the 48-hour reporting window.

Failure to provide complete and requested documentation within this timeframe will result in the claim being denied, and the sale will be considered final.


  1. Daydream Performance Garage LLC reserves the right to deny any claim that is incomplete, partially submitted, or submitted after the 48-hour period.
  2. Claim Completion Requirement: Once a claim is initiated, the customer must respond to any additional information requests within 48 hours of each request. Failure to respond or provide requested information will result in the claim being closed and denied.
  3.   Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with supporting documents including invoice, tracking, and communication records.
  4.   Installations / Use: Customer is responsible for proper installation and use. Daydream Performance Garage LLC is not liable for misuse, incorrect installation, or consequential damages.

Professional Installation Requirement:

All body components, carbon-fiber parts, and fitment-sensitive products must be professionally installed by a licensed or qualified body shop or automotive professional.

Warranty Eligibility:

Any warranty coverage is valid only when installation is performed by a professional. Proof of professional installation (such as an invoice or receipt from the installing shop) may be required for any warranty claim.
