1. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
refunds or returns on special-order items, shipped items, or used items unless defective upon arrival. If a return is approved, customer must contact us by Email for authorization prior to sending any items back.
Any damaged or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
To initiate a claim, the customer is required to provide complete documentation, including:
• Clear photos of the unopened package
• Clear photos of the shipping label
• Clear photos of the entire item (front and back)
• Clear photos of the damaged area(s)
All requested documentation must be submitted in full within the 48-hour reporting window.
Failure to provide complete and requested documentation within this timeframe will result in the claim being denied, and the sale will be considered final.
Professional Installation Requirement:
All body components, carbon-fiber parts, and fitment-sensitive products must be professionally installed by a licensed or qualified body shop or automotive professional.
Warranty Eligibility:
Any warranty coverage is valid only when installation is performed by a professional. Proof of professional installation (such as an invoice or receipt from the installing shop) may be required for any warranty claim.
Made-To-Order & Oversized Shipping Policy
Production lead times may vary depending on current demand, production scheduling, material availability, and manufacturing volume. Any estimated timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Due to the size and fragile nature of oversized carbon fiber and composite products, shipping costs may be calculated separately after purchase unless otherwise stated. Customers may be contacted with a final shipping quote prior to shipment.
Orders will not ship until all applicable shipping charges are paid in full.
Oversized products including wings, body components, and large composite aero parts may require custom packaging, freight handling, dimensional-weight pricing, or carrier surcharge adjustments. Shipping prices displayed at checkout may not reflect final oversized handling costs.
All products are carefully packaged to help minimize the risk of shipping damage; however, customers are responsible for inspecting all packages immediately upon delivery.
Any shipping damage, missing item, or incorrect-item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
• Outer packaging
• Shipping label
• Internal packaging materials
• All damaged areas of the product
Failure to provide complete documentation within the required timeframe may result in denial of shipping damage claims.
By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and accepts that aftermarket composite and carbon fiber products may require professional preparation, test fitting, adjustment, trimming, sanding, alignment modification, or custom installation procedures depending on the vehicle and application.
