Daydream Performance Garage LLC - Terms

& Conditions

1. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt

unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be charged based on the delivery/shipping address and California tax requirements.
Shipping & Delivery: Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
No Returns / Final Sale: All sales are final. No refunds or returns on special-order items, shipped items, or used items unless defective upon arrival. If a return is approved, customer must contact us by Email for authorization prior to sending any items back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Any damaged or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To initiate a claim, the customer is required to provide complete documentation, including:

• Clear photos of the unopened package

• Clear photos of the shipping label

• Clear photos of the entire item (front and back)

• Clear photos of the damaged area(s)

All requested documentation must be submitted in full within the 48-hour reporting window.

Failure to provide complete and requested documentation within this timeframe will result in the claim being denied, and the sale will be considered final.

1. Daydream Performance Garage LLC reserves the right to deny any claim that is incomplete, partially submitted, or submitted after the 48-hour period.

2. Claim Completion Requirement: Once a claim is initiated, the customer must respond to any additional information requests within 48 hours of each request. Failure to respond or provide requested information will result in the claim being closed and denied.

3. Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with supporting documents including invoice, tracking, and communication records.

Buyer agrees not to initiate a chargeback for any dispute covered by these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to lead times, fitment concerns, cosmetic characteristics disclosed prior to sale, production delays, shipping costs, or final-sale policies.

Buyer agrees to contact Daydream Performance Garage LLC and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve any dispute before initiating a chargeback.

4. Installations / Use: Customer is responsible for proper installation and use. Daydream Performance Garage LLC is not liable for misuse, incorrect installation, or consequential damages.

Professional Installation Requirement:

All body components, carbon-fiber parts, and fitment-sensitive products must be professionally installed by a licensed or qualified body shop or automotive professional.

Warranty Eligibility:

Any warranty coverage is valid only when installation is performed by a professional. Proof of professional installation (such as an invoice or receipt from the installing shop) may be required for any warranty claim.

Made-To-Order & Oversized Shipping Policy

This product is made to order. Production lead times may vary depending on current demand, production scheduling, material availability, and manufacturing volume. Any estimated timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Due to the size and fragile nature of oversized carbon fiber and composite products, shipping costs may be calculated separately after purchase unless otherwise stated. Customers may be contacted with a final shipping quote prior to shipment.

Orders will not ship until all applicable shipping charges are paid in full.

Oversized products including wings, body components, and large composite aero parts may require custom packaging, freight handling, dimensional-weight pricing, or carrier surcharge adjustments. Shipping prices displayed at checkout may not reflect final oversized handling costs.

All products are carefully packaged to help minimize the risk of shipping damage; however, customers are responsible for inspecting all packages immediately upon delivery.

Any shipping damage, missing item, or incorrect-item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
• Outer packaging
• Shipping label
• Internal packaging materials
• All damaged areas of the product

Failure to provide complete documentation within the required timeframe may result in denial of shipping damage claims.

By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and accepts that aftermarket composite and carbon fiber products may require professional preparation, test fitting, adjustment, trimming, sanding, alignment modification, or custom installation procedures depending on the vehicle and application.

Made-To-Order / Shipping / Product Terms & Conditions

PLEASE NOTE:
This product is made to order. Production lead times may vary depending on current demand, production scheduling, material availability, and manufacturing volume. Any estimated timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders will not ship until all applicable shipping charges are paid in full.

All products are carefully packaged to help minimize the risk of shipping damage; however, customers are responsible for inspecting all packages immediately upon delivery.

Failure to provide complete documentation within the required timeframe may result in denial of shipping damage claims.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Due to the nature of handcrafted composite manufacturing, minor imperfections including but not limited to pinholes, surface waviness, weave distortion, edge variation, sanding marks, clear coat variation, trimming differences, or cosmetic irregularities may be present and are considered normal characteristics of aftermarket carbon fiber and composite products.

Test fitting prior to paint, coating, or final installation is required. Additional preparation, sanding, trimming, alignment adjustment, hardware modification, or custom installation procedures may be necessary depending on vehicle condition, chassis age, aftermarket modifications, or prior repairs.

Hardware, instructions, mounting accessories, or installation components may not be included unless otherwise stated.

This product is intended for off-road, motorsport, or show-use applications unless otherwise permitted by local law. Buyer assumes all responsibility for verifying legal compliance within their jurisdiction.

Daydream Performance Garage (DPG) shall not be held responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, racing incidents, road debris, vehicle vibration, environmental exposure, improper storage, or failure to professionally install and maintain the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, buyer agrees that Daydream Performance Garage (DPG), its owners, affiliates, manufacturers, suppliers, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the purchase, installation, fitment, shipping, delay, condition, or use of the product.

Buyer agrees that any legal claim brought against Daydream Performance Garage (DPG) shall be limited solely to the original purchase price of the product.

All sales are final. Due to the specialty and made-to-order nature of these products, cancellations, refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks are not accepted once production has begun or the order has shipped.

Intellectual Property / Product Design Agreement

By purchasing this product, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that all product designs, molds, concepts, styling elements, manufacturing methods, branding, logos, molds, tooling, and associated intellectual property remain the sole property of Daydream Performance Garage (DPG) unless otherwise stated in writing.

Purchase of this product does not grant the buyer any ownership rights, reproduction rights, manufacturing rights, licensing rights, distribution rights, or authorization to copy, duplicate, reverse engineer, scan, mold, cast, reproduce, commercially exploit, or resell the design for manufacturing or production purposes.

Buyer agrees not to create molds, scans, casts, plugs, digital reproductions, reverse-engineered reproductions, or derivative reproductions of this product for commercial or manufacturing purposes.

Buyer further agrees not to supply, loan, rent, provide, or transfer the product to any third party for the purpose of duplication, scanning, molding, reproduction, or manufacturing replication.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial duplication of this product design may constitute intellectual property infringement, unfair competition, and commercial misuse subject to legal enforcement where applicable.

By purchasing this product, buyer acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions listed above.

If any portion of these terms is determined to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Vehicle Fitment Responsibility

Buyer is solely responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility, fitment, application, and suitability prior to purchase. Daydream Performance Garage LLC shall not be responsible for purchases made in error, incorrect vehicle applications, model-year differences, aftermarket modifications, or buyer assumptions regarding compatibility.

Incorrect purchases due to failure to verify fitment do not qualify for cancellation, refund, return, exchange, or chargeback.

Pre-Production / Prototype Product Sales

Pre-production, prototype, development, testing, promotional, discounted, clearance, group-buy, or limited-run products are sold as-is and are considered final-sale items.

Due to the limited availability and reserved production capacity associated with these products, all purchases are non-refundable and non-cancelable upon payment unless otherwise approved in writing by Daydream Performance Garage LLC.
